Product introduction

The ASTM A213 standard is a common specification for ferritic and austenitic alloy steel seamless boilers, super heaters and heat exchanger tubes, providing manufacturers and users with manufacturing and procurement requirements, including the main information including grade, size, surface treatment, testing and other terms, the equivalent standard is ASME SA213.

 

ASTM A213 / ASME SA 213 TP 310S TP 310H TP 310, EN 10216-5 1.4845 Stainless steel pipes are commonly used in high-temperature applications. It has high chromium and nickel content and has comparable corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation resistance and greater room temperature strength retention compared to common austenitic alloy 304. 310S stainless steel tube is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy with excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures and mild cycling conditions up to 2100°F. It has a high chromium and nickel content, comparable corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation resistance and a large percentage of room temperature strength retention.

310S stainless steel is a high alloy austenitic stainless steel for high temperature applications. The high chromium and nickel content gives the steel excellent oxidation resistance and high strength at high temperatures. The grade is also very malleable and has good weldability, making it widely used in many applications.

 

Application

Typical applications Class 310/310S is used in fluidized bed burners, kilns, radiation tubes, tube lifters for oil refining and steam boilers, stainless steel reheater tubes and superheater tubes for boilers, internal components of coal gasifiers, lead POTS, heat bushings, fire resistant anchor bolts, burners and combustion chambers, re, Muffle furnaces, annealing hoods, daggers, food processing equipment, low temperature structures
